Start Your Portrait

What happens after you submit?

After receiving your portrait request, we’ll contact you by email with instructions for sending your pet’s photos. Once we’ve reviewed your photos and confirmed the details of your portrait, you’ll choose your canvas size and complete payment. Artwork begins after payment is received.

You’ll receive a proof of your finished artwork and have the opportunity to request any needed changes before giving final approval for printing.

Every portrait begins with the pet you love.

Tell me a little about your pet and the portrait you’re imagining. You don’t need to have every detail figured out—we’ll bring the ideas together and create something that feels unmistakably like them.

Before We Create

Every portrait begins with your pet and the photos you love. Here are a few helpful things to know before we begin.

Proof & Approval

From Approval to Your Home

Your favorite photos are often all we need. They don’t have to be professional—clear smartphone photos can work beautifully. Choose images that show your pet’s face, coloring, markings, and unique features as clearly as possible. If you’re unsure which photos will work best, send a few favorites and we’ll help you choose.

Before your portrait is sent to print, you’ll receive a proof to review. You may request changes so we can make sure your pet looks just right. Once you approve the final proof and your portrait is sent to print, the order is final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

Once you approve your final proof, your portrait will be professionally printed on canvas. Every finished portrait is personally inspected for quality before being carefully prepared and sent on its way to you. You’ll receive tracking information once your portrait begins its journey home.
